aerox 100 seat wont open

Hi Guys

This site looks like a good place for some help! My son has an aerox 100, the seat wont open but u can hear the catch sounding like its moving but the seat wont open. Does anyone know how I can get at the cable to try it that way or is there some easy way to do this........Thanks in advance guys.

Got it! For anyone else that get stuck remove the panel on your left leg and pull the cable!

to prevent that from happening again you can put some grease(not oil !) on the lock itself.

a friend of mine had the same problem but it was the lock that jammed because of the corrosion from standing still for two years.
