Send a message via AIM to Zumaman
Please list ALL of your mods, what you weigh, what gram rollers you are using, and what clutch springs. It is hard to help without that info.
Thanks,

hi mate

the rollers seem a little light for the road

and the clutch spring is way to hard, that is not std 50cc

i would get some heavier rollers and a softer clutch spring

are you using the standard clutch if so try the standard springs

Cheers BYS '08'

hi mate

the nitro and aerox is the same doesn't make much difference

the 68 sounds like the main jet. if it is i would up jet to a 70

all you need to do is take the flot bowl off andcheck the jet size

cheers BYS '08'

hi mate

the carb is locacted here

behind the air box

the jet should have the size printed on it (maybe small)
and the size m5 or m6 you will need to measure with a ruler

Cheers BYS '08'

im having the exact same problems, i put a gianelli race pipe on my aerox, changed to 4gram rollers(i didnt like them so went back to standard 6's), changed clutch springs to harder(red), i tried upjetting from the standard 86 to a 93 and it was choking up, then i tried to go just to an 88 and it was still choking, anybody know what to do..? cheers

I would think 80 is absolute max with only a exhaust. With a yazuni z on a friends neos 78 seemed to work the best and with a race air filter 82 was spot on.

so basically i need a K&N filter for it..? and the older aerox's standard jet was a 86, much bigger than the newer ones,
