my friend!!!! ill recomend to you to keep re-jetting the carband try using the smaller jets that you can find as a starting point... other is to open the carb...take some carb cleaner and clean the hell out of it i mean every hole that u can see! every inch of it even if you empty the can...other can be that u have a small motor and that carb may be to big...but i doubt it.... __________________ |

Using smaller jets is going to end in tears
Due to the fact there is less airflow in the carb than on a 125 and so less pressure drop across the jet you will find it runs lean Its more likely you will need a larger jet or at least the same size Its a carb not a fuel injection system Ok the flooding of fuel sounds liek a stuck float or a worn seat on the float valave Check those and let us know |

Hi, I recently had the same problem where when the bike is turned off the carburetor would flood immediately in small quantities then after a while it would literaly trinkle gas. I cleaned everything out and changed mainjets but it wouldn't resolve the problem one bit. It was later on that I figured out it was my petrol pump that was stuck, the vaccum itsn't operational and the gas would move freely inside the hose even if the engine wasn't turned on. I switch it with a new one and now everything is ok. Maybe you should check the petrol pump to see if it's working or not.
