Need help, tuning a Gilera Runner sp50

Hi, Ive just turned 16 and want to buy a Gilera Runner SP 50.
I want to know how to tune it so that it keeps up with 125CC, coz thats what my friends all have.
What parts do I need that will work together?
I know I need a bore kit. What else is there?
