**KILLERTEAM** AEROX 4 Race (SPAIN)

Hello,
I m new here in that community but not a NEEWBIE..
Its time to intodruce myself and my project...

That s my 4th scooter after (aprilia sr 50 ditech,peugeot speedfight 2,Yamaha aerox-->accident) so I bought that aerox in germany for 700 euros after a 6 month I tuned it with with a 70ccm trophy,mhr mem.block,c16,sc 03,polini evo 2g,top belt etc....

just basic tuning and it looked like that...


















the jetforce is my snd scoot which I use for the streets cuz I started my project 2005 after the summer.
as u can see me and my partner LIAM are enjoying the landscape here XD
nearly every fu*** day sun

Unfortunately i couldn t change the german bike papers to spanish ones for the insurance. so I decided to give up my aerox and sold the parts...nearly all tuning parts was gone, but than I met Liam, he told me about his tuning plans so I decided, to try the last time...My target: " to race professional against the spanish guys here" more information u can get under www.famotos.com ,this is the bike organisation for all thats races...if u go to www.youtube.com and than search for "campeonato de andalucia" u should find some vids...
I got already some connections to some guys and I can tell u,spanish people know how to get the **** out of the bike...they are very good to tune engines, but I will tell u more later....



like it looked 15 month ago...

well than I started with my projet seriously...
I put the tnt light in the back and fiberglassed it...the backpart I fiberglassed all by my one without using any plastic.




the spoiler is also selfmade XD...i just took a piece of a cupboard and prepared with the dremel...I think it looks nice and DIFFERENT...this is what I want...

well here i have to polish it again...

well in feb the engine looked like that...but I wasnt really happy with it so i took the red parts of and change to some new ones...






I painted the chassi in red metallic (it looks really nice in the sun)and cut all unnecessary stuff of..





i painted it inside in black metallic with my paint gun...

here u can see my snd aerox... i bought it together with my girlfriend cuz i wanna sale my jetforce(to much problems) the cilinder is broken so i have to pay 300 euro now to get a new one...shit happens well in the moment i got that 3 bikes and i hope i will sale the jetforce soon...my snd aerox will be done soon too cuz I order the rest next week...it will get the str8 bodyparts so its gonna look like new...of course i will post it too here....so its like a double project...

of course now there are missing actual picture...NEXT WEEK i m making some hot new pictures!!!! so end of next week i will make a big update...but i have to study a lot cuz i have my last school year than i will go on a university or something...so i just have to study a lot,this is the reason why my project is soo slowly...but xmas time = tuning time....the thing is that I live in MArbella and my bike is 140 km away from me in almunecar(where my racing partner liam lives) so i m only on the weekend there.. but like I told u guys...I m ordering next week so I will have probably my FIRST run in xmas time...together with my partner we gonna rock the spanish asphalt XD

well I keep a bit some things secret...so the surprise is bigger at the end...

PS: sorry for not 100% correct english but if have to use everyday 4 languages u can get crazy...

yes my FINAL ORDER ARRIVED....goddamn i m so happy now!








NOt all are my parts...one of the stage 6 cranks 85mm and the bitubo suspension belongs to my mate Liam (SR costum track thread) and the stage 6 bodyparts in whites are either mine cuz i have the black one...the rest is mine...its so amazing...NOW i got ALL parts i need (well the tyres and a suspension parts r missing) but the rest i got....
next week i m gonna start to build it up and hopefully i can ride it VERY VERY soon....i m gonna make of course vids...cuz my other mates of KILLERTEAM are also on their way to get finish so i hope we can show soon TEAM videos...

well back 2topic...as u know i have a double project ...a streetrox and racerox...
the last days i worked more with my streetrox cuz i need to use a lot..

well we was working also at night so we took the bikes in the house ^^



my mate liam and me kept working on preparing the spacerformy Mk pr 2



my engine need to get polish a bit more and i need to change all the bearings as well


well 3 days ago liam,amir and me went down to town and we passed a bike shop(in the night) and we saw in the rubbish basket a lot of spare parts...so we looked in there and we found a metrakit pro race 2 XDDDD
its broken but u can fix it...so now i got one spare cyl as well which allows me to practise porting


so finally i made some pics of all my parts...but on the pics some parts r missing cuz they r already on the bike....





well so i did my 2nd aerox...take a look.....

hi guys...

i have been busy the last days XD
@nickelaas here it comes...my fast bike ^^ u know i need to take care at both babys XD

it looks good in the moment...i need to get on forkpart,oil,ignition cable and tyres...if everything goes good and my teammate butcher helps me soon to take the OLD bearings out and spray my chassi i think i can have end of jan my first ride XD but still a bit work to do ^^


i put the two radiators on...i just need to put the one below in a better position but i m pretty optimistic to get that working soon XD
don t look at the black bodypart ..it was just a try...on the other pics u can see my second try XD



still needs to be done but i made that massive holes for my radiotors...maybe it doesnt look so pretty but 4 race it also doesn t matter...but im still happy with it



well than i started to take the color of the chassis....i tell u,its such a work...goddamn it but it had some scratches so...and i want to change to ferrari red and not red metallic XD



here u can see my second try XD i think it looks great...especially when u but the ...."EHM i don t how to say it LOL ^^ the silver stuff...MESsure or somethinG!?!?







i will make soon a second back part...its just to heavy for race.....so soon i will make one but there is no rush for that XD

my frame is nearly done, the undercoat is on,next week i will probably spray it finish together with my killerteam mate butcher ;-)

to fix my second metrakit cyl
to get a ignition tool

Hey guys

well i have been the last weekend busy again :-)

our killerteam member amir stopped his project and sold it in parts.
thats a sad fact but only good for me cuz now i got the fork part and his snd. stage 6 gears.
i m not far away from my first run
yesterday i took the old gear bearings out together with liam...puhhhhhhhh such a hard work ^^
next week i will put all new bearings in and hopefully as well the crank..
but before the engine the chassis needs to be done so I spray it (undercoat) in white...



than my mate liam brought his paint gun with him and started to spray it...

OH i love the FERRARI RED color ^^


well next week i m gonna make a much bigger update...cuz me and my teammate liam r gonna make hopefully the engine so i can ride it very soon XD

UPDATE TIME

Well i did the spacer…it matches perfectly to the cyl and engine…i just need


the engine is not done yet…i wasn t in mood ^^ still need to get all rid of that scratches and sand it a bit more as well ...so no comments to my engine ^^ wait till its ready




Well my frame is done.i love that red…i don t know why but i just love it XD



The radiator is pretty dirty and scratched.but im gonna leave cuz later u won t see it anyway .well u will of course but its not the point…im not sure yet if i m gonna spray it or polish it on the sides…lets see…




My handlebars :-) well not much to say…nothing special .my rev counter is not on the picture cuz is gonna be between the alu tubes.the next update will tell u more XD





The forks ain t polished well yet cuz i changed the fork oil to a stronger one…so i wasn t bothered about the fingerprints on my forks…just wanted to see how it looks and i think it does look good…i will polish them more shiny till the next update




Well my bodywork is too heavy for race so im gonna leave it only for optic and soon i will do a second bodywork....XD more light



Im still very unsure how im gonna putt he tubes so please ignore them now how they are…i don t want to put the radiator on the head...i will find very soon a solution XD.it doesn t have to look beautyful,it just need to be fast…well and look beautyful TOO ;-)
I m ordering next week the bosch waterpump ....so when it delivers i will put the tubes on
