Gilera Runner replica Poggiali MHR #54#

Hello!

I'm from Slovenia and i have deceided to post my scooter to this forum. I hope you will like it and i would be glad if you have any ideas to make my scooter better in tuning and optic styling! ;)

This is my setup:

- MALOSSI MHR 70cc
- MALOSSI MHR exhaust
- HEBO RACING albero motore
- Dell'Orto PHBG 21 BS tuned
- MALOSSI Delta Clutch
- MALOSSI TC UNIT K15/rpm control
- MALOSSI primary gears (13/49)
- MALOSSI MULTIVAR MHR 101 (overrange)
- MALOSSI overrange poulies
- MALOSSI VL-13 valve
- MALOSSI straigh knee (for dell'orto) (if you know what i mean)
- MALOSSI kevelar belt (overrange)
- MALOSSI E13 redfilter
- Denso W 31ES-ZU
- NGK Racing cable
- Bitubo rear
- SKF C4
- 2 original gilera 50cc coolers






















this was my scooter before tuning.








this is new plastik, becouse my was crashed (upsi :D ) and i'm waiting to have more time to colored it up :)


and scooter ready for driving :D









now i have to wait to colored new plastics up and to do more styling ... i have to colored up also rims ... black are not so gut ... i will colored them in a color which scooter is ( E3M 894 - poggiali red )

i have to post pictures how was maschin bulit ...

so i would be very glad for your post folks :D

i have forgot to say that my piston was once detonated ... it wasn't so much damage, so i bought new piston and it is all working like it nothing never happens

with a mhr you need to lay back the "spijl" in you exhaustport ore it wil happen again, nice runner

no,
you have to make the bit between your "2 exhaust ports" a bit smoother, it because its not smooth the engine overheats. thats why your piston runs to pieces, when you smooth that peace take the piston and let it slide in the cilinder.. If it's smooth enough there should be no ultrasounds.
