Hi

I have posted already one thread about my first project what was Cpi Oliver Sport.
Few months after finishing Cpi project i had great opportunity to buy Aprilia Sr www with very low price. So i bought that scooter and first i planned to build it for sale, few days later I changed my mind and decided to do very big project. (big in Estonia)

Then building began and first I removed everything and painted the frame. Engine and wheels were painted white and soon orders arrived. e.g. Kosoblack edition speedo and tacho, disk, rear shock absorber, radiator and very many other things.
Its hard to remember all details about work progress because it was half a year ago but i'll try.
Anyway I lowered bottom and now i'ts 9cm from ground, rebuilt front plastics and changed handle bar.
Seats are covered with white leather and so on...

Engine parts:

Cilinder Top Performances Trophy 70ccm
Brand new Aprilia original cranckshaft
Doppler varaitor and cooler
Polini belt

Rear indicators: 2x30 orange LED'i

Change the names of the projekts that wented wrong....

Nice sr especially the hid's and the led's.White leather seats wow damn! How fast did it go on your first test run?

On first run i did´t want to torture it so i kept speed and revs low

But i have one problem.
You all are so damn smart here about settings and stuff and I have to say that I'm not good at this, I prefer optical tuning but...

so
I haven't got any speed. Acceleration is quite good but top speed is about 85km/h :S Setting so far is 19*15,5 5,5g weights, yellow malossi rear variator spring, red doppler clutch springs ( clutch is regulated more stiffer), 17,5 dellorto carb, 104 jet.
I just have no idea what to do, i have tried many options but nothing good...

carb is not working wel to, 0-50km/h its all good but then something happens.
Maybe we'll set up carburettor with smarter guys here but noone knows what to do with variator.
