Quickly i started to look for a trashed but cheap Ciao in the area of Stockholm, later i bought my friends for 25€. We attached transportcables from it to my SR70 and drove it to my house. During the winter of 2006 I didnt buy moore things than the aircooler and frontsuspensioner, because the carter and my rims are barrowed from my SR70. The material for the reinforcements, the wellding and all the steel is from my job, where i work on it. Alot of the reinforcements will dissapear, Looks alot better allready.   Result from summer of 2007     Tripple-Up med ramförstärkningar! The third and last reinforcement is on. And I welled a plate on the backside of the saddle to make it moore stabil. It turned realy steady compared to before!.    Some new eyecatchers . Bar, fueltankcap and a brand new saddle.      Speedcounter I've started to create my own speedcounter. The counter will be connected to the original outtake on the front wheel.     BONUS PIC!! New parts in Tha houseee! -MHR Eprome -MHR 13/44 -MHR Torque cont. -S6 Viktset  package to Pro Tjoeners.. :ninja: The guys from VRT (Västerås Racing Team) will do a matchporting for my MHR Cilinder.  The fram will be re-blasted with some sand! Later i will do play with some plastic padding to make the frame moore even.   Sandblasted     Mikuni TM28ss. TM28 vs. TM24.   Now I've got a complett carter! MHR Shortneck Malossi Delta-clutch Stage6 Double-layer med mera..  Look at this pretty carburator     The frame do now have some padding on it.   This is how it looks for the moment. I've started to fill out the frame with some parts.    The carter has arrived The portjob was excellent, I have nothing to complane at. The manifold will be angled straight ahead instead of backward. (as on the picture).     Tjoened by VRT The carb. has been mounted This is tight! I didnt have much room with the TM28. Hahah! Looks pimp though.      Me Vs. maxexpanded black springs. They are hard to wrestle with, but i won.    Alot of work has been done now -New laagers and oil in the frontfork -Lowerd the frontfork -Installed the ignition Plus some other things     Killcable, not much to tell..  New cooler. You are doing great jobs with metal!!
If this was mine, i'll make it between orange and gold, and the white paint on your rims black or spray it silver/grey metallic, a metal look (i think your custom work will be seen better with that colour if it looks like metal) __________________ |
