you can try to fit a aerox rear if you want to match the front, the italian guys use the aerox rear on there BW's when they do the 180 engine conversions.

It actually was an aerox rim, but twisted due to hard acceleration

i wonder how the frame wil eventually look after mounting your panels.

i get the idea that the engine mount will end up underneath the firefox if you know what i mean.

REALLY love this project!!!

grtz Ken

Thanks.
You can see the part list in my first post, but I'll drive with a stock carb and an airbox for a while because I can hardly find some time for the bike so in a month or so I'll put a 28mm on it and port the cylinder.
It's almost running, only thing left to do is to sort out the wiring loom.

I'm am waiting for new radiator to arrive, with this one i can't fit the front panel, and it's too big and cooling the engine too much, I have to cover 1/3 of it to reach running temperature.

Still have to sort the wiring for lights, indicators etc....

Here's one LQ video of driving through neighbourhood, don't know why but you tube messes my video quality, on my hard disk it looks pretty good.

EDIT: I am still running stock carb and unported cylinder.

I will be glad if you can donate me a pair of 32s, I'll put your name on it

Tommy, videos aren't working for me either, don't know why. Btw they aren't anything special, here are the links:

Ignore a rattling noise, it was a front floating disk with worn pins, it's fixed now.
I like the performance but engine is still almost stock (stock carb, untuned cylinder), so nothing special there also.

Yeah, sure it can but this is a street bike so having a bit of reliability would be nice
