REX Sprint Japan Style called "Japan´s sunrise"

My name is David an I come from germany. +- 2 jears ago I have started with my projekt. It was originally a Rex Scooter 50 (they are not stay in NL) It´s like a MBK Forte. Step1: So I begin with a little tuningstage. Setup: 70ccm Alu noname Tecnigas RS 70 without ABE 21er Dellorto+ Filter 21mm inlet Hebo carbonreeds Racingcrank+ C4 bearings Top clutch (einstellbar) black malossi springs red malossi MHR sring Ori Vario ^^ on this picture are only a part of the stuff Before: After: New paint: Next Day: Result of 3 days. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Step 2: I drive 3 weeks with this Setup, than I build the new sprintengine Setup 1 : Mk-Prorace D.N.performance ported Carters: D.N.performance ported Mk prorace crank C4 bearings Overrange MHR Delta Clutch MHR Wingbell MHR ignition MHR VL14 Inlet D.N.performance 28er Koso Scr Racing 70 Nardo gearcase Frame: Aerox rim and suspension Downhill many cuttings on frame Watercooling (Bosch) New Paint -Orange/rot Engine: 20cm longer With body´s: With this setup I won the 3. Place on Meinerzhagen Chillmeeting (D) "Open Sprint" Also I make the 3. Place on Meeting Heerlen (NL) (Peppermill) 2006. Than i drive 4 races in the german DSSC with one of my exhaustsystems: 0,6HP more than C21, 3,2 HP more than SCR (bad exhaust for my timings) Video: Step3: After that i made my scoot more "Japanstyle" New: HPi Ignition D.N.performance Inlet (front-Type 30mm) New D.N. exhaust Keihin 28mm bore to 30mm Other suspension 10" D.N. performance crankshaft kit 85mm And deeper..... ![]() and now Step4: Workshop to make a new engine (aircooled). Cylinder nothing mainstream like Airsal sports or racing with a lot of tuning on it. Testing: A lot of exhaustpipes, cylinderheads and carburatorsettings. I hope you´re like it. by looking at your video i suggest you try heavier rollers, check clutch to see if its slipping, try a stiffer contra spring and check belt to see if its slipping between your pulleys because you bike was screaming and going no where... but non the less you got 1 good lookin bike
