I'm from croatia,34 years old,my goal is building very fast 2T engine.......my recent project is Peugeot Trekker scooter,generaly for street use.

one of my goals on this project is to keep stayling like it came from factory and very fast engine...........trekker from factory has AC engine and 10 inch wheels.....i chenge thet to 12 inhc wheels an complete LC conversion of engine ........whit a litlle bit of tuning

Trekker setup

MHR replica 70.......tuned......128°/197°
TP Nardo for minarelli .......tuned
RMS super racing crank
stage 6 ass
dellorto PHBG 19 AS
malossi multivar
poline EVO speed drive OverRange
malossi delta cluch

You need a Morini Malossi V-Belt to fit.

thenx for help,can you give me some more information about morini v-belt,i can't find any in malossi catalog overrange for f.morini engine...italjet,suzuki,aprilia .....or do you mean X-kevlar malossi belt for stock morini pulleys?

That looks fast. But I think if you use a pipe for higher revs, it could go a lot faster.

with better exaust it could go a lot faster,cylinar has a lots of potencial,but this is my daily drive,not for recing ......thru the acceleration revs is 11500 rpm,on the top speed revs rich 12500 rpm with +120 kmph top speed.
i think transmision is the weak spot on my scoot at the moment. work on overrane is in the progres,with a lot of problem .....but i'm sure thet results much better acceleration .....simply using hihger revs pips without upgrade transmision is shortcut to me.

yesterday i mount +18% longer gear,polini 14/45 sekundar .......test drive results with top speed +130 kmph at 12,500 rpm

this is pic of my tuned replica cyl after 5 500 km on my setup,cyl is in very good condition,piston is wear out of tolerance,i dont know how much km for shure becouse i bought secend hand kit

update....new parts.....vakum ventil for gas is out,manuel gas ventil is in,orginal Paioli shock is in,chines copy shock is out....and same work on airbox to fit on Trekker......for winter setup

Polini EVO OverRange is on peugeot bloks with some works & spacers,all parts are minarelli version,EVO torq with polini speed control variator,belt is from d-tech aprilia........

update.....after some moding on stock trekker exaust i think there is max gain with malossi iron 70 cyl & stock exaust,rpm max is 9000rpm,and with polini +18 % gearing top speed is 107 kmph on GPS
