70cc kit with racing carb

Hello. I've just fitted a 70cc big bore kit and a big bore carburetor to my suzuki katana ay50 water cooled scooter. I can get about 3/4 throttle and its ok ish, but then anything after that and it dies down slightly.

Anyone know why this could be and does anyone have any possible soloutions?

put a bigger main jet, it's bogging down b'coz it's too lean. usually a +5 to +10 in mainjet size should do the trick.

I tried a bigger main jet, but that made it worse, so I'm guessing it's running too rich?

yes, then try a smaller main jet than the original, didn't see it was watercooled, LC engines like leaner jets.
