CHT and water temp gauge .

i have the koso CHT .
i didnt find any other display so i took this one :
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Swoosh-60mm-Fi...3286.m14.l1318
this is for water temp and it cames with water temp sender.

i connected all whe wires .the display work but i have a little problem .
the gauge shows that my engine runs at only 120 F after i push him to maximum .(50 C)
and whem im standing (after i pushed him to his limits) the display shows only 140 F .(60 C)

i know it can be possible that air cooled engine runs at 50 degrees C.
it should run atleast at 100 and even get to 120 degrees C .

what can i do about it ?
i did a mistake taking the CHT sender with water temp gauge ?

i looked for the resistense of both display and KOSO CHT sender .
i found that KOSO CHT sender its between 10 ohm to 180 ohm (if im not mistake ) . and i did find the water temp sender resistense .
(i hope that info will help u with the answer .

i also hope u understand what im saying .

thank u and have a nice day .

Are you using the KOSO CHT sensor with the display you linked (at eBay)?

If so I guess they don't really match.
