I use the correct size socket, and impact wrench.
Before getting those tools, someone had suggested
holding that bolt in a vice and turning the clutch,
but it didn't work for me.

^^^ That's what I have done.

Put the nut in a vise, wrap a strap wrench around the pulley and twist it just enough to loosen it. The have someone compress the pulley while you unscrew it all the way. Do it in reverse to put it back together, worked well.

a hammer & a center punch usually does the trick.

Scootin' America!

I often clamp the large nut in a vice, and use my bare hands and some muscle to turn the nut a few turns, then sit in a chair and press down on the clutch with my feet and remove the clutch nut with my fingers. Sometimes, if it's on too tight to twist with my hands, I'll use a strap or chain wrench (not too tight or you'll damage the clutch pads!) to turn it loose. I can show photos of this process if you like.

Hope this works out for ya!

Lock Vise grips on the nut, and hit it with a hammer.
