Modded speedfightbogs out at 30mph????

Hi i am new to the forum and require some help.

I have a 96 speedfight with 70cc kit, and variator, clutch pretty much everything except the crank. She has been working fine on this setup for about 3 years. She has sat for about 1 year and now i have got her back on the road she is bogging out at about 30mph. i have cleaned up the multivar, torque drive, clutch, and fitted a new malossi filter. she accelorates to 30 ish quite nicely and them bogs up and almost dies. She has no power to go up hills she will accelerate past this going down hill but thats it (i think momentum helps this) Once she has bogged up you need to pull over and wait for a while then try again but she just bogs up again.

Any suggestions or help would be brilliant

use lighter rollers, also did you clean up the carb?
