Hello !

I hv Polini Evolution Ignition with light in my Minarelli Hor. LC engine.
I don't know how to set it. How many milimeters before the highest dead point of piston i must to set my rotor ? I mean how many milimeters i must set spark ?
2 mm will be ok ?

This is my rotor :

So you will set it 4.5 mm BTC.
IT is for the polini ignition. I use it on my track scooter: http://www.scootergalleri.dk/html/ga...561&ipc=323028

Conserning the elektrics.
Mount the cables as normal. And chek that All the wireing are in good condition.

Red one is from CDI and second cable is from rotor.

I do not have my racer near by. But the red wire should stop the engine if it gets frame.

The other cable fits in your original elektrick harnes.

Red wire -> contact -> frame = turns of engine when contact is triggered.
Put plug into the scooters original wirering and lights should work like normal.

Just a small question:
Isn't that red wire a red-black wire?
With my ignition the red wire goes into the plug that connects the CDI to the stator.
