S6 4piston caliper defect?

hello.

Some time ago, I placed a Stage6RT front disk (the wave model - the last one made at the moment), combined with the S6 4-piston caliper, placed in the original Aerox fork, but there is some problems after the assembly:

- the S6 brake caliper hits the disk when is in place, it needs approximately 2mm of space so the disk don't hit the caliper.

- the S6 brake caliper isn't aligned to the disk, it's 3mm more to the left side

- To resolve that situation, the cylinders of the caliper adaptator where inverteded

a weird situation.... any feedback?

thanks and cheers

could be ThunderRacing but in that case, even the original 2piston caliper would hit the original disk of the Aerox when the fork wasn't straight anymore

mhr r0x!

I had exactly the same problem on my original aerox forks, the disk was hitting the caliper and I did the same thing with the spacers to have the clearance, I thought it was only in my bike, however now I see its a manufacturing problem.

hello Mr.Aerox

did you also had the problem of the caliper not beeing aligned with the disk himself (proximately 2...3mm)?
